I found my real estate passion over 20 years by owning a HOME Fix-N-Flip business and buying/ selling 10 personal properties including designing and executing beautiful remodels. With my background in sales and marketing in both real estate and high-tech industries, I have a unique perspective on real estate. I like to use data to its fullest potential, analyzing market trends and finding hidden gems that others might overlook. But I don't stop there. I balance the analytical with the emotional, understanding that buying a home is not just a financial decision; it's a deeply personal one. After living in AZ, CO, and CA; As well as traveling the world, my husband and I spent three years researching where to live the rest of our life- and Prescott is it! Our Prescott area has a strong sense of community, arts, volunteering, plenty of nature, outdoor activities, and great weather! We enjoy hiking, biking, kayaking, and ATV riding - so many options!
